I've been going back and forth on my coffee intake over the past few months. I used to have a Starbucks Venti Americano every morning, but then decided to see what life would be like without coffee. So I didn't have any coffee for about 2 weeks. The first 3-4 days was hard, but after that I felt really good. Now I'm back to a cup every 2-3 days per week.
I just decided that I really enjoy coffee in the mornings, and that I'll continue to drink it. I'm just going to cut back.
It's really hard to beat a cup of joe in the morning.
